How it works
- Your quote. We read your brief, look at your site if you have one, and send a written quote: what we will do, the price and the milestones with dates.
- Deposit and access. You pay the 50% deposit, and we agree how you share access safely.
- Build and test. We build the workflow and test it end to end with sample data, then show you it working.
- Go live. We switch it on for real and watch the first runs.
- Handover. You get a short written guide to what runs where, and you pay the other 50%.
Questions
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. Add us as a user on the apps involved, so you never share a password, and remove us when we are done.
Who pays for Zapier or Zoho?
You do, on your own account, so the automations stay yours. We tell you which plan the workflow needs before we build it.
What if something changes later?
You get a short written guide to what runs where. For changes later, book monthly developer hours or ask us for a quote.
Can you work with the forms on my website?
Yes. Most automations start from a website form, and we build WordPress and Webflow sites too.
