- Access. We agree how you share access safely. The Quick Fix and Bug Fix & Security need no deposit; the Full Cleanup starts with a 50% deposit.
- Find and fix. We find the cause, fix it, and tell you in plain words what it was.
- You check. You check that it works. The revisions in your package cover anything we missed.
- Payment. You pay once it works: the full price for the smaller fixes, or the other 50% for the Full Cleanup. If we could not fix it, you pay nothing and any deposit is refunded.

Will the hack come back?
A site gets reinfected when the way in is still open: a backdoor file, a fake admin account, an old plugin or a hidden Application Password. We look for all of them, not only the files that look wrong, and we tell you what we found and how to stay safe.
Do I have to share my password?
No. The safest way is to add us as a user on your site, so you never share your password. When we are done, you remove us again.
What if you cannot fix it?
No fix, no charge: if we cannot fix it, you pay nothing, and any deposit is refunded in full.
