We designed and built this WooCommerce block theme and run it as a live concept store with 39 products: live search, filters, size and colour options, sale countdowns, a multi-buy offer, a free-shipping bar, a wishlist and a journal. Mobile PageSpeed 92 on the home page and 88 on a product page.

Google had read only 2 of the shop’s 64 pages. Abner audited all 77 pages, wrote every page title and description, and gave all 48 products data Google can read.
How it works
- Your quote. We read your brief, look at your site if you have one, and send a written quote: what we will do, the price and the milestones with dates.
- Deposit and kickoff. You pay the 50% deposit and the timeline starts.
- Design samples. We send 2 to 3 mockups of the home page, as a wireframe or a Figma design.
- Build. We build every page in the design you chose and keep you updated in writing.
- Review and revisions. You check the whole site on your phone and computer. The revisions in your package are used here.
- Launch and handover. We put the site live and you pay the other 50%. The site, its content and the logins are yours.
Questions
How much does an online shop cost?
Shops vary a lot (number of products, options, payments, shipping rules), so we quote each one from your brief instead of using a fixed package. You get the price and the milestones in writing before anything starts.
Why WooCommerce and not Shopify?
WooCommerce has no monthly platform fee and takes no cut of your sales (you only pay your payment provider), and the shop and its data are fully yours. Shopify can suit you better if you want everything hosted for you. Not sure? Tell us in the brief and we will say which fits.
Which payment methods can my shop take?
Whatever WooCommerce supports in your country, such as Stripe for cards and PayPal. You open the account in your own name, so the money goes straight to you.
Can I see a shop you built?
Yes. Hearth & Hollow is our own WooCommerce theme, running as a live concept store. Everything works except that nothing is sold or charged.
Can I add and edit products myself?
Yes. Products, photos, prices, sales and coupons are all edited in WordPress without code.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit to start and 50% at handover, by PayPal invoice, Wise bank transfer or through Upwork. Once paid in full, the shop is yours.
