Privacy

This website has no accounts and no comment system. The only personal details we receive are the ones you send us yourself.

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, business name and website address if you give them, your WhatsApp number if you choose to be contacted there, your answers to the brief questions and the estimate shown to you. They are sent to our email inbox and used only to reply to you and to plan your project. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your details with anyone else. Ask us by email and we will delete your message.

When you send the form, we email you a short confirmation to the address you gave. To stop spam, the form also records how long the page was open, and our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your connection's address with the times of recent messages, used only to limit repeat sending. It cannot be turned back into your address.

If you use the free health check, the website address you enter is sent from your browser to Google's PageSpeed Insights, which runs the test under Google's own privacy policy. We do not receive or store the address or the report, unless you choose to send the report to us through the contact form.

If you message us on WhatsApp or hire us on Upwork, those services handle your details under their own privacy policies.

If you pay us by PayPal or Wise, your payment details are handled by them under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your card details. We keep invoices and payment records for our accounts.

If you give us logins to your website or hosting so we can work on it, we use them only for that work. Once the work is done, you can change the passwords or remove our access.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first and say which tool we use.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the service running.

Links to Upwork, WhatsApp, GitHub and our demo sites take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.
