How working with us looks
- You send the job. A brief, a ticket or a list of sites, whatever your team already uses.
- We confirm it in writing. Scope, price and timeline, before any work starts.
- We do the work. With a backup first, and written updates so you never need a call.
- You hand it over. We report to you, and you deliver it to your client as your own.

Questions agencies ask
Will you contact our clients?
Not unless you ask us to. We report to you, and you stay the point of contact with your client.
How do you price regular work?
Our package prices are per site or per job, in US dollars (USD). If you have regular work, tell us roughly how much and we will quote for it in writing.
How do we pay you?
By PayPal invoice, by bank transfer through Wise, or through Upwork if you would like its payment protection.
What about time zones?
We are in the Philippines and available any day and at any hour, so work can move while your team is offline.
Have WordPress work piling up?
Tell us what kind of work and roughly how much. We will reply in writing with how we would take it on.
