Website redesign
Abner redesigned and optimised a cleaning company's WordPress site to bring in more enquiries. He added a Tidio AI chatbot to answer customers, a booking form built with Fluent Forms, Google Analytics and Search Console, and a layout that works on every phone.
Hacked WordPress subdomains cleanup
Malware removal
A client's domain had many WordPress subdomains, and most of them were hacked with backdoors. Abner worked over SSH to back up every site, remove the malware and backdoor code from the files and databases, and lock each site down. He cleaned about 20 subdomains.

SEO project, ongoing
Abner is the SEO for a UK shop selling reusable cleaning products. When he started, Google had read only 2 of the shop's 64 pages. He audited all 77 pages, set up Google's tools, wrote every page title and description, gave all 48 products data Google can read, and added a 19-question FAQ. Phase 1 is complete and Phase 2 is under way.

Zapier workflow automation
Automation
Abner designed and built Zapier workflows that replace manual steps. A new spreadsheet row is filtered, split into paths and sent to the right person in Slack. Another workflow uses AI steps and web data extraction to answer property price requests posted in a Slack channel.
Zoho email automation and CRM integration
Automation
Angel designed and automated email campaigns in Zoho Campaigns and connected them to Zoho CRM. When a contact opens an email or clicks a link, the workflow updates their record and pushes it to the CRM, so contacts stay synced and segmented without manual work. She also set up reporting to track each campaign.

Before we quote, we check your current site and tell you what we found, in plain words.

You get a fixed plan.
A clear scope and price in writing, or hourly work with a weekly cap. Fixed-price work starts once the 50% deposit is paid.

Updates in writing.
You get written progress updates, so you never need to book a call to know where things stand.

Handover, and it is yours.
You pay the other 50% at handover, and the site, its content and the logins are yours. You can edit it yourself, or pick a care plan if you would rather we look after it.

Working with us
How long does a website take?
Our website packages take 4, 7 or 10 days, depending on the size. Bigger or custom sites get a timeline with the quote.
How many revisions do I get?
Each package lists its revisions: 1, 2 or 3, depending on the package. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before we do it.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes. We set up global colours and fonts, so you can change text and photos yourself without breaking the layout. If you would rather we look after it, pick a care plan.
Do we need to have a call?
No. We work in writing, by email, WhatsApp or Upwork, so you never need to book a call to know where things stand.
What about time zones?
We are in the Philippines and available any day and at any hour, so your time zone is never a problem.
Can you promise a first page ranking on Google?
No. We do not promise rankings. We promise the SEO work, done properly and reported clearly.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes, anytime. Care plans are paid month to month.
Payment and ownership
How do we pay you?
By PayPal invoice, by bank transfer through Wise, or through Upwork if you would like its payment protection. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. We take 50% before we start and the other 50% at handover.
Who owns the site?
You do. Once it is paid in full, the site, its content and the logins are yours. We only show your project in our portfolio if you say yes.
What if I want a refund?
If you cancel before we start, you get your deposit back in full. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we refund everything you have paid. Fixes are no fix, no charge.
Read the full refund termsIs hosting included?
It depends on what suits you. We can set up hosting and a domain for you, guide you through buying them yourself, or host the site for you for a fee that we quote with your project. If you already have hosting, we use that.
