Here is what happens after you send us your brief, for each kind of work. Your written quote repeats these steps with real dates, so you always know what comes next.
We reply within 3 days, usually much sooner. Everything is in writing, by email, WhatsApp or Upwork. No call needed.
New website or rebuild
You see and approve the design before we build the whole site.
Your quote
We read your brief, look at your site if you have one, and send a written quote: what we will do, the price and the milestones with dates.
Deposit and kickoff
You pay the 50% deposit and the timeline starts.
From you: Send your text, photos and logo, and logins if you already have a site.
Design samples
We send 2 to 3 mockups of the home page, as a wireframe or a Figma design.
From you: Pick one of the design samples and tell us what to change.
Build
We build every page in the design you chose and keep you updated in writing.
Review and revisions
You check the whole site on your phone and computer. The revisions in your package are used here.
From you: Send your changes in one list.
Launch and handover
We put the site live and you pay the other 50%. The site, its content and the logins are yours.
Fix or change
No fix, no charge: if we cannot fix it, you do not pay.
Your quote
We reply with what we think is wrong, which fix package fits and the price.
Access
We agree how you share access safely. The Quick Fix and Bug Fix & Security need no deposit; the Full Cleanup starts with a 50% deposit.
From you: Give us admin access to the site, and hosting access if the problem needs it.
Find and fix
We find the cause, fix it, and tell you in plain words what it was.
You check
You check that it works. The revisions in your package cover anything we missed.
Payment
You pay once it works: the full price for the smaller fixes, or the other 50% for the Full Cleanup. If we could not fix it, you pay nothing and any deposit is refunded.
SEO project
We never promise rankings. We promise the work, done properly and reported clearly.

We build the campaign around one clear goal and show it to you before anything is spent.
From you: Approve the ads and the daily budget.
Launch
The ads go live and you pay the other 50% of the setup.
Monthly management, if you choose it
We adjust the campaign each month and send a short report. Cancel anytime.
Something else
Automation, chat tools, Webflow work or anything not listed.

Payment, in short
PayPal invoice, Wise bank transfer or Upwork, in US dollars (USD). Fixed-price work is 50% before we start and 50% at handover; small fixes need no deposit and are paid once they work. Care plans and ads management are paid monthly and can be cancelled anytime. The site is yours once it is paid in full. The details, including refunds, are in our terms.
